After the 15-day period expires, all payments become non-refundable. Additionally, WhatsApp conversation charges (billed directly by Meta), partial subscription periods, and third-party integration costs are non-refundable at any time.
While our 15-day guarantee applies broadly, accounts that have requested and utilized personalized deployment services, guided platform implementations, or dedicated administrative onboarding resources are subject to a standard service review. In these specific assisted-setup scenarios, the final authorization of a refund request is at the sole discretion of our administration, evaluated based on platform utilization and the technical consulting resources rendered prior to the request.
