What you earn

One ladder for 12 months. Then 15%, for as long as they stay.

On Quarterly and Yearly plans your commission climbs from 20% to 30% as your customer book grows, and runs for each customer's first 12 months. After that you keep earning a flat 15% on every payment they make, with no end date. On the one-time Lifetime plan, every Referral Partner earns a flat 20% per sale.

Every Referral Partner earns a flat 20% on that single payment, whatever rung they are on. Tier boosts and the 15% tail apply only to recurring Quarterly and Yearly subscriptions.

A customer who stays four years earns you ₹8,990 rather than the ₹3,596 an Affiliate would have earned on the same customer.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

1. What is the difference between this and the Affiliate program?

Who you bring, and how long you get paid. An Affiliate has an audience and shares a link with it. A Referral Partner already works with small businesses and introduces them one at a time. Both earn the same 20% to 30% ladder on a customer's first 12 months. After that an Affiliate's commission on that customer stops, and a Referral Partner keeps earning 15% of every payment for as long as the customer stays. If you are unsure which fits, apply for either and we will move you before approving it.

2. Do I have to sell, demo, or support anything?

No. You make the introduction and stop there. Our team qualifies the business, runs the demo, handles pricing and objections, closes, onboards them onto WhatsApp Business API, and answers every support question afterwards. There is no certification to sit and no support obligation attached to your commission.

3. What kind of businesses should I introduce?

Ones you have a real relationship with: current clients, past clients, or your professional network. A warm introduction from someone the business already trusts is what converts. A name and a number with no context rarely does, and nothing is earned on a lead that does not close. Purchased, scraped or rented contact lists are not allowed, and neither is passing on someone's details without telling them who we are.

4. How much do I earn per customer?

It depends on the plan they buy. On a Lifetime plan (one-time, ₹9,999 to ₹74,999 depending on tier) you earn a flat 20% once. On a ₹24,999 Gold sale that is ₹4,999. There is no ladder and no tail on that plan because the customer never renews. On Quarterly and Yearly subscriptions you earn 20% to 30% of every payment for their first 12 months depending on your rung, and then 15% of every payment after that for as long as they stay.

5. How do the commission tier boosts work?

Three rungs, based on your active customer count: 20% from your first customer, 25% once you have 10 active paying customers, 30% once you have 30. A boost applies to new referrals from the moment you cross each breakpoint. Customers you already have keep paying you at the rate they were signed up under, so your earnings only ever climb, never drop. The 15% lifetime rate is flat and does not move with your rung.

6. When and how do I get paid?

Payouts run monthly. Partners in India are paid via UPI directly to a linked bank account. International partners are paid via SWIFT or Wise bank transfer in local currency. Each commission clears 30 days after the customer's payment, and payouts run once your approved balance passes ₹2,000 (or $50). A balance below that carries forward, it is never lost.

7. Why does my first payout need 3 paying customers?

It is the one condition on your first payout, and it exists to stop the programme paying out on self-referrals. Your commission accrues from your very first customer and is held, not forfeited: once three different referred customers have each made a payment, everything you have earned is released together, and the condition never applies again even if a customer later cancels. Refunded customers do not count toward the three.

8. What if my referred customer asks for a refund?

If the refund happens within Waplify's 15-day refund window, the commission is voided automatically before it leaves pending status. If a chargeback or late refund happens after that, the amount is reversed from your next payout. You never handle this manually, and a refunded customer does not count toward your first-payout condition.

9. Can I refer my own company?

No. Referring yourself, a company you own, or an account you control is not allowed on any Waplify partner programme, and it is the reason the three-customer condition on the first payout exists. If you want Waplify for your own business, buy it as a customer.
